Important Requirements

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and DC, 18 years or older (or 19 for AL & NE). Void where prohibited.

Our Assessment

A simple contact-form entry with a shot at US Open tickets or a $15,000 wellness prize, but only if a final-set tiebreak actually happens.

Why It's Worth Entering

No purchase necessary and a quick form entry gives a chance at a $15,000 prize or a VIP US Open Finals trip with helicopter transport.

What to Know Before You Enter

Prizes are only awarded if a Main Draw Singles match reaches a final-set tiebreak starting in the Quarterfinals; if no tiebreak occurs, no prizes will be awarded.
